Problem:

Almost any attempt to use Mantis fails when executing the mc_issue_add SOAP command with "EXMLRPCError: SOAP-ENV:Server: Cannot use object of type stdClass as array" error.

Reason:

This is a known bug in Mantis.

Solution:

A). Update Mantis to the latest version.

B). Fix mc_project_api.php file manually as described here.
