7.x: Viewer hangs on launch

Problem:

"The application seems to be frozen" error message appears when I run the EurekaLog Viewer.

 

Reason:

This is a known bug/issue in DevExpress components, which we are using in the Viewer.

 

Solution:

Set the default printer to some available printer. If it did not help - ensure there are no unaccessible network printers.
